Well that completes the set. Amazing menu, I'd say that's worth the trip to Colorado alone just to sample the beer selection. 95% of the bars in Hong Kong sell basically Carlsberg, Heineken or San Miguel, not very exciting.
If I remember correctly its the #1 homebrew and microbrew state in the US. Definitely bucks the identity that US beers have around the world, sullied as it is by Budweiser and its watery ilk. Without a doubt some of the best beer I've had is from Colorado but the choice is pretty phenomenal with the rise in strong west coast breweries in general... California, Oregon, etc.

ReplyDeleteI discovered Sleeman beer in Canada a few years back. I'm a huge buyer of micro breweries, their Honey Brown was the dogs nuts!
